THROWING THE BELL – MODE is proud to announce that CEO and co-founder Gary Coley has been chosen as the company’s newest Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) after Richard Heffner, the owner and founder of the company for nearly two decades, will retire from the company at the end of this month. Coley has successfully led the business through a time of change in both the Company’s leadership and its business model, leading to an ever changing and growing business that supports a number of industries, including residential real estate, industrial properties, retail properties, and more.

“Gary has played an instrumental role in transforming Coley into a leader in the residential real estate market and has done so by creating strong internal culture and practices. This transformation process has resulted in significant growth in revenue and customer satisfaction,” said Robert Puckett, vice president of marketing for THROWING BELL – MODE. “When we decided to pursue our own CCO, we wanted someone with a background in real estate, someone with experience in handling multiple properties, and someone who understood how to balance a strong financial position with long-term sustainable growth.” Puckett continued, “Gary brings all of these skills and more to the business.

In addition, he has an impressive resume, which includes a master’s degree in real estate management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). The Bachelor’s degree was earned at the University of Denver’s School of Business. As a business analyst, he worked in several commercial real estate firms. His career path has taken him to New Jersey, Florida, Texas, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Arizona.
